Indigenous Education Month

The month of November is Indigenous Education Month. During the month, we will be taking the time to learn and deepen our understanding of Indigenous history, cultures, and traditions. Throughout the month, staff will be implementing Indigenous teachings, lessons, and activities into their daily programming.

Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week

Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week is from November 17 to November 21. It is a week dedicated to bringing awareness to bullying and reflecting on the steps to prevent bullying behavior. Throughout the week, staff will be implementing anti-bullying and bullying awareness lessons and activities into their daily programming. Together, let’s show our Lion pride and stand up to bullying. On Friday, November 21, our Lions are encouraged to wear a pink shirt in support of LDSB's Pink Shirt Day.
