Challenge Program

Gifted and Academic Enrichment Program

The Challenge Program is designed to meet the needs of formally identified gifted and academically advanced students who are seeking new learning challenges. Taught by teachers who are specialists in their fields, the Challenge Program provides enriched curricular studies with an emphasis on a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Activities in the program are designed to engage students and allow them to apply their knowledge in real-life situations.

The program focuses on preparing students for the challenges they will face in secondary school and beyond. Students who achieve success in the Challenge Program are those who work at an accelerated pace, manage their time well and are motivated to work cooperatively with others in a positive learning environment.
